Development and characterization of chitosan films carrying Artemisia campestris antioxidants for potential use as active food packaging materials

Active food packaging films based on chitosan and enriched with Artemisia campestris hydroalcoholic extract (ACHE), aqueous (ACAE) essential oil (ACEO) were developed.
